- If You Give a Cat....I bought this book as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her four cats. She and the cats have enjoyed reading this one aloud over and over; they find it delightful every time!

- Not as good as the othersThis book is not anywhere as good as the others she has written. It doesn't flow or make much sense. The transitions are very poor and it feels like something that was slapped together with out much thought.

- My kids love this book!From my point of view It is the same as the "if you give a..." series and if you have read one you read them all, but if you love cute kitties, cupcakes and sprinkles then this is the one to get. My 2-1/2 year old son LOVES this book and my daughter and myself read it to him a few times everyday! We think this is the cutest one in the series.

- Good but same as the othersMy daughter loves this series so she got this on the first day it came out. She likes it but I find it to be slightly tedious. Mouse Cookie and Pig Pancake were much catchier and had a better flow. I feel this is just a feeble attempt to cash in on the series. I gave it 4 stars because my daughter enjoyed it but I wish I would've rented it from the library instead of buying it. It's one story she doesn't return to.
