- Solid PreparationThis book does a nice job of clearly illustrating the ISLLC standards, and was the only preparation resource I used (other than the ETS prep kit) before passing my SLLA test for the CA administrative credential. - Practicing the Art of LeadershipI love this book. It shows me how to apply the standards for leadership in a practical way. It helps me to put the theory that I'm reading into practice. I also like it because it isn't difficult or dry reading. I'm usually very interested in the material.
