This book, unlike most education titles is well written and interesting. All areas are covered in an easy to read format with list summaries for each of the sections.

After using this book for a masters class, I realized that I had inadvertently broken several laws and the district I work for did, too. I don't know why this is not something required for students in a teachers' program. Every teacher should know the law before entering the classroom. It would save a lot of trouble for the district and the teacher. If you haven't read a book on school law, I recommend this one.
