Dr. Ian Smith's book is a valued product I have invested in for my health. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight in a short period of time and would like to maintain a healthy life style. The menus he has suggested are great. The book has allowed me to eat smaller meals that are nutritious and healthy.

What I really liked about this book is that it tells you exactly what to eat & exercise to lose weight quickly. It teaches you the healthy way & changes your way of thinking about food. I had a baby and needed to lose 20 lbs. It took me 6 weeks. The first 3 days is the hardest. This is b/c your stomach is used to being stretched out by over eating. I just melt away on this diet. The 1st few days are soooo hard, because you are starving and I can't really get full off of carrots and celery. It works so buy it if you want fast results.
