- LacklusterThe author gives a decent overview of some of the most interesting inventions made by Tesla. Sadly, it only shows patent diagrams, and no other pictures of Tesla's inventions.
Chapter 9 seems pretty fanciful. In it he references about three other books for his evidence, but the books he cites are not scholarly sounding. I've come across them before in book stores and quickly skimmed them, which is why I have that impression.

It has almost all of his inventions and ideas in it, but there is very little explanation and detail describing them. Yes, it does have many of the "Fantastic Inventions" of Nikola Tesla in it, but there are only pictures of the patent drawings with no explanations offered.
Some facts are present. Some outright fables are present also.
In summary, Mr. Childress cobbled together this book and seeks only to divest you of your money. You won't learn anything of substance.
