- Buy Canon Ink ONLY for your Canon printerThese inks are inexpensive and a great value for your dollar. Only buy authentic ink as some generic inks will smudge or damage your printer. I have used Canon brand ink for years and have nothing but satisfaction for them. Quality is consistent and is a trusted brand worldwide.

- Genuine Canon ink and a good deal.I am not a heavy user of ink and I see no reason to take a chance with "compatible" products to save a few bucks. With Amazon Prime I get a good price on genuine Canon ink plus free shipping and 2 day delivery. With gas over $4 it's hard to justify a trip to Staples just to buy a $10 ink cartridge.

I used a "compatible" ink in my Canon Multipass F60 Printer, and within a week, there were printing problems, and now my printer is useless, even though I tried to put original Canon ink back in the printer. The cost of repair and replacing the ruined print head is more than buying a new printer! :(

Photos come out great if you use Canon's paper, do not waste your time, effort, or money on generic photo printer paper at your local office warehouse supply store. For text we print on HP printer paper from the same. Looks good, not great.
