- Buyer BewareFor those who are new to computers (or just buying cables): This coupler does not work with all Cat5e cables, only RJ45 cables. It would have been nice if the product description said "ONLY works with RJ45 cables." I have two 50' Cat5e Patch cables also made by Belkin and a 6' Trisonic networking cable and the coupler does NOT work with ANY of them.
