The sides of this 10-inch nonstick griddle are low and slope gently, so your crêpes slide out without falling apart and your pancakes flip easily. No matter what you're cooking, you're guaranteed quick and even heat distribution, easy food release, and simple cleaning, thanks to the pan's three layers: an aluminum core, a hard-anodized exterior, and a reinforced nonstick surface. The aluminum core provides rapid heat conduction, while the hard-anodized exterior increases the griddle's durability. The nonstick surface allows you to cook low-fat meals without using any oil or butter. The griddle includes a collector's edition recipe card. - Awesome!Great pan-no problems. The only draw back is it's a lot heavier than my wife's previous crepe pan and it took her a while to get used to it's heft.

- Quality SkilletI received my Cephalon 10" fry pan and was immediately impressed with the handle and the weight of the pan. So far it has performed very well and I hope to get many years of use from it. You can tell right away it's not like the ones from K-Mart.

- Love this pan - great value - grab itThe pan is very shallow, but works so well for eggs - the cleanup is a snap & the temperature is even throughout, so things cook nicely. Don't pass this one up - I tossed another old non-stick pan when I received this one. I have lots of other Calphalon & this pan is just as good as the ones I paid much more for.

- Cannot tolerate high heatI purchased this pan about four years ago, and last week had to send it back (for the second time) to get it replaced due to the teflon non-stick surface degrading and peeling. Customer service is excellent. The first pan was replaced quickly free of charge. I only had to pay for shipping back to them which ended up costing about half the cost of a new pan.
High heat is the cause of the teflon degrading. One must be very careful not to exposing the pan to the highest heat level on electric ... Read More

- The crepe pan of my dreamsI have bought and thrown out at least three frogs before kissing this prince of a crepe pan - I'd been searching for it all my life! It is the perfect size for my needs, beautifully heavy, heats evenly, and absolutely nonstick. And at $24.99 on sale, I'm thinking of getting another, to double production on a school morning (I make the batter the night before in the blender, then stick it in the fridge overnight). Also the perfect size for a single grilled cheese sandwich.
