The recipe I planned on using called for 8 ounces Ramekins, but I figured these would work just fine. Although there are many brands out there I happen to like CorningWare, so it did make a difference in my purchase.

- greatThese little ramekins are fantastic for individual servings of dessert, fruits, dips, etc. Just the perfect size and go into the oven or the microwave. I also use them on a candle warmer--put a votive candle in to melt and it fragrances the room.
No kitchen should be without these handy little bowls.

- Good valueI was very pleased with my purchase of these ramekins. At 12 dollars I thought they were a good buy, and they stack which is nice. Not too much to say, but I'm pleased.

- We like our corningwarePerfect for my Christmas Creme Broulee. CorningWare just seems to be nicely made. We would like to find the covers for this size ramekin since it would help with transporting to family events. Pleased with these, just wish they could be cheaper. :)
