Oven-safe to 350 degrees F, the pan requires little oil during cooking, releases food with minimal sticking, and cleans up easily. Its comfortable phenolic handle is stoutly riveted, stays cool during stovetop use, and sports a hanging ring. - Perfect skilletThis Farberware skillet can go in the oven and is so easy to keep clean. The price is unbeatable and they last forever. The non-stick coating is durable and can withstand stainless steel utensils and abrasives. It is a joy to wash and use because it cooks food evenly. I would recommend this skillet to ANYBODY. It is all it says it is and more.

- Deep SkilletI have been using this pan nearly everyday for over 8 months. I never imagined I would use it so much when I bought it but it has been great for everything. It is thick sturdy material and has not warped on me. I feel it is great quality. The non-stick surface has held up better than any other I have seen. I dont have a single scratch in it. I own mostly Farberware pots and pans some 15 years old. My parents have had theirs for over 40 years without even a cracked handle.

I had to use a glass lid that didn't really fit this pan well but the one that Amazon was selling never shipped and now they don't sell it any more.
