- Griddle is a wonderful productOur daughter-in-law had this item on her Christmas list. So I ordered 2; l for her and 1 for me. I'm sure glad I did. That griddle is just great.

- This one wins MVPIf I have a most valuable pan, it's this one. It's great for grilled-cheese, pancakes, sausage, etc. I'm on my second, only because it was cheaper to buy a new one than ship my first one from the South Pacific. One word of caution--don't use too much cooking spray on it as it will build up where it's not used as much. I think the manual mentions something about that.
