- All The BestI ordered the Cuisinart Chef's classic Universal Steamer with cover when purchasing the 10-pc. stainless Cuisinart cookwear. The basket is deep which I really like and I could not wait to get rid of about six of those horrible little collapsing steamer baskets I was using! This steamer holds so much more food and the food does not fall into the hot water in the pan. It was thoughtful of cuisinart to include the lid to go with this piece and I highly recommend it.
