- more trouble than it's worthI spent more time untangling my 100' extension cord from this reel than I've ever spent untangling my cord w/o it. By the time I finally got the cord untangled, the reel had cracked. It wasn't worth the hassle.

- Nice reel.Nice reel. I was able to get 100' of 12/3 on it without a problem. The winding handle does want to fold while your winding, but it's not a problem if you pay attention to what you're doing. I'm going to order some more.

- Great product but not idea oneIt is very great product but the design is not that perfect.
When you use it(pull out or real back), the "head" of cord is twisting. It won't hurt your cord, only if you take it out from outlet.

- Better than expectedThis is a very well designed product. 1.) The reel comes with two "hooks", that when screwed to a wall, allow you to easily and securely hang the reel on the wall with the crank facing in either direction. Additional hook sets may be ordered. 2.) The crank handle folds into the crank arm, reducing storage space. 3.) A clever design allows access to the "inside" end of the cord. Five stars!

- Great for mic cablesI purchased these to reel up 25ft long pro mic cables with XLR connectors. They can hold 10 of theses cables securely and allow reeling them up so you reduce the risk of breaking internal wires by improper or too-tight wrapping. I only wish they were bigger! (they're about the size of a 12-pack of soda). Very good deal.
