Editorial Review:Product Description:Revere, 6 Cup Whistling Tea Kettle, Traditional Style
Amazon.com Review:Ideally suited to preparing tea for two, this compact whistling kettle from Revere measures a modest 6 by 5-1/2 inches and holds up to 6 cups. Shiny stainless steel comprises its body while the base includes an added layer of copper cladding to enhance heat distribution. Attached with two screws, the black phenolic handle stays cool to the touch and fits comfortably in hand. A small button located at its top controls the spout's flip-top and ceases the whistle. Cleaning the exterior can be accomplished with a damp cloth but accessing the inner chamber is difficult as the only opening is through its spout. As a result, it is best to only heat water to avoid the need for cleaning. This product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

It is exactly what I wanted. Couldn't find it anywhere. It fits beautifully on the large burner and I love the whistle.

The Revere 3-1/2 qt. teakettle was a replacement for the one boiled dry. That one gave years of service and this one will too.

I remember my mother making my twin sister and me hot tea when we were little girls with a Revere Copper Bottom Teakettle just like this one. When I went online to Amazon.com and found it, I knew I had to buy it!
