Simply pick up the headset from the base and the call will be answered. While away from the main station, it only takes one button to answer or end a call. Wearing options are plentiful: wear the headset either over the ear or over the head. There is also a behind the head option available as an accessory. Recharging time is quick: full recharge in three hours, eighty percent recharge in less than two hours. A mute button is included on the headset for quick communication decisions. Rating: - Works great for an office phone
I have used this phone for years with my office digital phone and it works wonderfully. I never had trouble with breakage. Sound quality is excellent. I believe a different model is necessary for use with a home phone system.

Rating: - Nice to have hands free
the ear piece is incredibly uncomfortable so I have to use the headband which keeps the speaker just a little away from the ear so I have trouble hearing soft talkers, and the volume doesn't go high enough... maybe I'm just getting old.

This product does not work, and technical support is very rude. I talked to three different people in one day. The first got disconnected and never called baack. The second hung up on me. The third just was not trying to work with me at all. Don't waste your money.

In the product description they clearly state "While away from the main station, it only takes one button to answer or end a call." What they don't tell you is that you will need to purchase a handset lifter that costs $52.59 to be able to answer the call with one button while away from the main station. I was careful to purchase a headset with this remote answering capability and read the description very carefully to make sure that the headset I was buyin had this feature! They need to change ...
