- Almost like the old onesI have had pyrex custard cups for years, but I needed more. These are almost the same as the 30 year old ones, but they are a bit larger and the glass is thicker. The old ones actually seem to cook a little more predictably, but these are OK.

I bought two sets of four bowls to complement my nice set of everyday dishes for times when you want just a little bit of something---like a little yogurt, or some granola, some fresh raspberries---and we use them all the time. I agree with a previous reviewer that they would be wonderful for food prep.
