- These tanks work fine in my i9100I have a Canon i9100 wide-format printer. I've tried several after-market ink tanks that are supposed to fit this printer but non have worked- they don't fit in the ink carriage. So I'm stuck with using the Canon brand. Amazon's price for the BCI-6 6-pack is about the cheapest I've found for the branded stuff. Since these are ink tanks and not cartridges they are not recyclable as credits for new tanks. - Ink's great - Packaging NightmareCanon Inks are excellent. I make a lot of gallery quality prints and the Canon Inks are splendid in my good Canon printer. This group of inks has the colors I need most frequently.
However, the packaging is a nightmare to get through. I have mixed feelings every time a supply of inks arrives as I know it will be a long time before I slice/slash through the plastic wraps to get at the product I need.
