- Disc goAbsolutely one of the most boring 1/2 hours that I have ever spent. There were snipets of wonderful music, but no real music. It could have been great but was poorly done. It looked like something put together with little or no thought. It was spinning the story alright just not the disco story. Giving it a 1 star is overly generous.

- Reliving the good old days.Forget all the negative comments about this DVD. For the money (buy it used) it's a lot of fun to see interviews with disco pioneers, historical footage, as well as a few performance clips (it is a documentary so don't expect to see a lot of complete performances). As you watch the DVD you may not realize the significance of the people it features. Nor is it that they don't have a bevy of people talking about it and how disco changed so much. They have empirical evidence of its roots too.
