I own the underwire version and prefer it as far as support. Straps aside, it is very comfortable. I have slept in it and I had no issues. - Must have nursing bra -- best one out there and worth the priceSimply put, this is a great bra. I have to admit, I haven't tried dozens of them, because after a couple early misses, my lactation consultant turned me on to this one, and I have never looked back.

- The support is good but this was itchy and irritated meFrom the mom: I bought this at the maternity bouitque of my hospital. I got fitted. It looked great. The next day I wore it at work (I am in my 3rd trimester) and the inside seams were so itchy that I just counted the minutes until I could go home and take it off. got stuck with a useless 37 dollar bra. I do not recommend this product
