- Belkin N1 wireless router: easy install but undependable
The Belkin N1 Wireless Router is by far the easiest to install of the 6 or so different systems I've set up. It's also the only router I've had to send in for warranty...TWICE. Each time the router worked flawlessly for about a month. Then it quit broadcasting SSID despite Setup reconfigurations, reboots, etc. Tried different channels, wireless modes, even turned the protected mode and security features off. - Great router
I have used a few of these routers for installs with my business and they are great. The MIMO technology and 3 antennas give this guy great range. Apparently they have fixed some firmware issues that were knocking it offline periodically when it first came out. Overall, this is a solid buy if you need a good, wireless-N router with great range and reliability at a quality price.

These are my personal opinions and experiences with this product. We purchased this exact model and paid $105.00 at Micro Center. After following all directions and even having my brother (a certified tech and programmer) come out to help work out the bugs, we still had issues! - Really Great! Best Option out there!
Despite what a lot of the bad reviews for this router - I just purchased it yesterday because my old router (Linksys) was broken. Upon purchasing it, it was very very easy to set up the router. It does seem to take a couple of hours to not drop the wireless - but after that it's been working perfectly and FAST. Also - it doesn't take up a lot of space.

I own several macs and everything was able to go wireless immediately!

I bought this router thinking that it would improve the signal strength in my apartment I was wrong it didn't improve anything the signal strength it's the same as my old TP-LINK router.
