- Best Butt Stuff EverFlanders is the best diaper rash ointment out there! I've been a L&D and Pediatric nurse for years and had heard this ointment was great from parents. Now that I am a mom, I have witnessed it for myself! Nothing works as well! Not even the concoctions we made in the Emergency Room.

- Not all naturalI thought about getting this product but then I found out that it contains mineral oil and white petrolatum - both are petroleum derived ingredients. Better, and safer, options would be Badger diaper cream or Burt's Bees Baby Bee diaper ointment which do not contain nasty synthetic chemicals.
