- Wind and Weather is right!My daughter had very dry skin during the winter, especially on her cheeks. I use a little before she goes out and it really did protect her skin from wind and weather.
As for the other reviewer, well it is possible that her mother is confused and meant the "Zartcreme" (which is a Zinc Oxide - diaper rash kind of cream by the same brand). Apparently they used to make it in tubes.

- Wind and Wetter CremeI bought this product because my mother said she only used "Wind and Weather" lotion on my when I was little...hoping it was the same thing. It must not have been. It did work great on my skin. Makes it feel so smooth and soft. I think he must have deeper lying issues...we will be going to a dermatologist soon.
