It keeps him safe (always upervised in it) and happy with or without the toy attachment. The vibration is soothing and works like a charm. The soft rainforest music is a plus. The toys are easy to grab and the lights,music and colors are appropriate for a little one. The weight limit says 25 pounds, not sure if it would really hold that much, but great for under 6 months!

Now that he's almost 5 months old he plays with the toys and watches the lights on the waterfall. He starts to wiggle and kick his feet as soon as I go to strap him in! - Good overallWe bought this a bit late...when she was about 3 or 4 months old (almost 7 months now). She would be happy in it for about 15 minutes, sometimes 30. But that's all we needed. She enjoyed it quite a bit (still does on occasion). I've never had to change the batteries, though we don't use it a whole lot, so not sure if that is typical.
