This is a really timeless workout, with classic, effective moves. Although released in 1990, this is a great example of interval training, combining cardio and strength. I was doing this workout today, and my teenage athlete daughter (swimmer and runner) kept saying "we did that move in practice today - and that one - and that one!"
I wish they would redo the workout with modern music, set, and clothing, however, since the music is seriously cheesy.

Though it might be from the 80's or early 90's you will get a good workout.I'ts short but to the point,if you're a Firm Fan you should get this.
