It is a comfortable wireless mouse, with all the features you'd expect from a wireless mouse. Plus, you can use the track ball to scroll sideways when in Excel and other programs which I like. It switches quickly and seamlessly to presenter mode when picked up. I like being able to use the track ball when in presenter mode too, another useful tool if switching between programs. The second replacement mouse has been flawless out of the box in field use on the boat. I have not loaded the mouse software as I do not wish to customize the button functions. Bottom line, if you get a mouse that works, you are going to like this product. Joe
