- Dont buy for boys!I'm going to list the problems I found:
- It slides on the tile when my son tries to sit on it. It says non-slip?!
- When he does manage to back up to it he stops when his heels hit the base and sits. He ends up sitting only on the front. The hole seems to far back.
- The blue cushy part is small. In an addition his little boy parts dont fit the shield area.

- Seat is comfy but ABSORBS URINE!This seat gets points for comfort. My son would not sit on a hard seat. However, I just went to clean the cushion ring. It is FULL of AMMONIA from the urine. I cannot get it out. My son had a rash on his bottom. I thought it was from the disinfecting cloth that I was using to wipe down the seat and potty. Turns out he was getting an ammonia burn! Gadzooks! Why is the ring not impermeable to liquids??? I am throwing it away. We'll switch to a vinyl soft toilet-mounted seat.

- Not RecommendedWe bought this potty seat a while ago and my son has used it for about 6 months. Although is it study and has a soft cushy seat, you can not completely clean the cushy seat. We clean out the seat everytime our son uses it, but eventually water will seep into the cushion and start to smell. We have sanitized, bleach, etc. you name it we have tried. No I have to buy another seat, wish I would of started with a different one.

- Easy to UseWe have a 2 yr old daughter who found this potty very easy to use. She liked that she could lift the lid herself and found the size just right. The cleaning (which we do a lot) is easy and just takes a little wash in the sink. We have put the bowl in the dishwasher a couple of times for a deeper cleaning. We have found it very easy to use and very helpful!

- Great for girls.....I have no idea why this potty has only 2.5 stars. I have an almost 3 year old girl who weighs 33 pounds and I have been very happy with this product. First, my daughter could not get used to the "guard thingie" that juts up on the baby bjorn potty. She would constanly hit herself on it.
