- LANSINOH MANUAL BREAST PUMPI highly recommend this product - it's low cost, efficient, and comparable to an electric/battery operated breast pump! Truth be told, I wouldn't have gone w/any other product! While I wasn't able to find the breast pump locally, I was ecstatic when it arrived! If you're having any symptoms of "cracked nipples" go w/Lansinoh's Lanolin; it's typically available at most major grocery stores.
