I got this video a little over a year ago, and while I used it a lot at first, I can't even stand to turn it on now. It is incredibly boring. It is a very pricey DVD for what you get. The production quality is very low. It is just the instructior in the gym against a plain white wall. There is an outlet to look at if you get tired of hearing Joey talk. No music, and no real pace. My company produces and ships this product for Joey, and after years of shipping hundreds of these DVDs each week I decided to give it a try. I purchased this DVD about 4 weeks ago after giving up my gym membership due to the high price. Its like having your own personal trainer and I look forward to seeing Joey every other day. If you buy from his website you also get an inspiring e mail from him every day. Not sure what you will get if you buy from Amazon. I have ordered his upper body DVD as well and look forward to getting that soon. Theres no frills here - just a great DVD. You can't go wrong.
