- Jam Jacket loses gripAfter a few months the silicone loses its integrity and the jacket slips. The sensor gets covered confusing this little tiny machine. It does not know when to turn off and turns off when it should not. However, all you need is a pair of tiny scissors to remove a section that covers the sensor and you are back in business.

- Headphone's don't fit wellThis product is a great protection device for your iPhone. However, I have not had any luck with the ear buds staying in the designated spot on the back. Other than well, it is well-crafted.
