- I love it!This is the best product for treating and preventing diaper rashes. I use this with every diaper change since starting my baby on food. She started getting a diaper rash the day after, and I put this on after wiping her off and it healed. I put this on her with every diaper change and no more diaper rash. I love it! Just make sure you use a wipe first to get the pee off and then put this on and no more rash.
