- Bad Customer ServiceVery flimsy tripod! When I called the company to make it right, they:
1) FORCED me to write a favorable review FIRST, before they would do anything
2) Then offered me $12 STORE credit, which meant I had to buy something else from them.
3) When I went to order a more sturdy tripod, they charged me...guess what??? $12 shipping!!!!!!! How did they come up with that figure?
Note: Shipping on their entire accessory kit was $7.95 so now I KNOW they did not intend to make this right. ... Read More
