This unlocked cell phone can be used with a GSM network service provider and it provides quad-band connectivity (850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz). It does not come with a SIM card, and it requires that you provide a SIM card for usage with your selected service provider. This is a beautiful phone - sturdy, yet sleek. The buttons are really not an issue (see some outside reviews). However-the call quality and signal reception is only so-so, and the speakerphone is useless due to its low volume, even when set on the highest volume. The ringer volume is mediocre. The earphone volume seemed fine. The WIFI works flawlessly and the web browser is great.
