- An excellent phone in all kinds of functionsDont listen to those negative feedback from people that don't own this phone
CONS:
1) No infrared port. But who really use the infrared port of your phone? For me I need the infrared port so that I could use the remote control program.
2) Speaker on the back of the phone. The volume becomes lower when I mount the phone in my car.
3) No holes for me to put strap.
4) Unable to disable the camera sound :(

I have this phone for about half a month now (short time for a complete review, but better than not having the item).
This phone has a fast processor and a EXCELENT screen, two things that are important for a Win Mobile smartphone.
It already comes with Windows Mobile 6, this is the last version of the system (till now) and you don't need to upgrade, a plus in my opinion.

* Google maps is not a GPS replacement - it's free, so it's not that much of a con. Oh, but you can only use the GPS function if you have a cell signal.
* Can't just lock external keys - this becomes a problem when trying to use the browser or reading email. It may just take getting used to
* Battery life with active use is only about a day
* Screen size could be bigger

- ETEN support nightmare!Regardless of the phone model, the quality of the back end support doesn't change because it's the company, not the phone you're dealing with. This review is about a shoddy product and a lack of support. I will NEVER buy another ETEN product and would tell anyone considering an ETEN product to STAY AWAY and buy from a different company.

- Everything what I need...I was looking for a PDA which has GPS chip and FM radio while using my KJam. I decided to buy a Glofiish X500+ after some market survey but X800 stopped me. Because it has more then I need. Screen resolution is impressive, 500Mhz CPU works well.
The only thing I have to say is that my oldie KJam was more ergonomic. I think placement and access of buttons should be better.
However, it is a good deal.
