Editorial Review:

Product Description:
A classic blast from the glorious past! German thrash metal legends Kreator offer up the rare 'At The Pulse Of Kapitulation - Live in East Berlin 1990' for the very first time on DVD. Upgraded to a 5.1 mix via producer Andy Sneap and loaded with bonus footage, this is truly a dream come true for Kreator fans. In the words of band leader Mille Petrozza: "Words don t do justice to the energy that was in the air that day in East Berlin, and the whole event can only be described as utterly unique and historic."

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - it is worth the money
This DVD is great. It has great sound and despite certain lack of ability of the director to edit it is worth the bucks invested.
It shows a great gig after the Berlin wall end. There are great songs from the best era of Kreator (I would have appreciated if they had played "pestilence")in dolby 5.1 or stereo.
There is an interesting documentary which shows the reality of the bangers at the other side of the wall.
The only defect come when it starts to say that Kreator is almost ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great German thrash
This is thrash metal at it's best. Kreator puts on a great show. Dvd extras are great also. This is one of my favorite metal dvd's I own. Kreator rules!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent DVD/CD, just...
This DVD/CD is excellent in terms of audio and video and I really don't have much to add to the posted reviews, rather than confirm them. I'm really writing this review, apart from obviously recommending it to any one who's into good thrash metal from the german pioneers Kreator, to inquire with others who already purchased it to confirm if at the beginning of the DVD concert when the band is announced before starting with "Some Pain Will Last" the screen is totally black and you can't see anything ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Now this is music!
This DVD/CD blisters with awesome songs, riffs, hellish vocals and pure real musicanship. Kreator rule! Great translation.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Killer Killer Killer!
First of all Andy Sneap is the BEST audio engineer! I mean, who can take an 18 year old recording and make it sound like this. My two favorite bands are Kreator and Nevermore and I am lucky he works with both bands, his talent for mixing and producing makes recordings timeless.

Now for this video.. I remember seeing the Extreme Agression tour in Cincinnati (Coroner was the opener). It was so cool how this video captured the power of Kreator, they are just unreal live and this video does ... Read More
