- Be prepared to do work that is normally expected of the manufacturer!!!I spent 3 hrs working w/ Matt in tech support then I was trAnsferred to Mike Mallon(who according to him, he was the highest level of management there) stated that he could only refer me to level 2 tier techs. Which will not talk to you, they only create online tickets, and I would have to wait an additional hr to get a response.
