- Overall an excellent and addicting gameThis game is a lot of fun. I have played about 10 hours over a 3 day period. Putting is not a problem and I don't spend 5 minutes lining up my shot. It's a video game and you learn the control scheme. Even the normal swing feels nothing like real golf. In real golf you let the club do the work, not the case with an 8oz controller.
My point is the control scheme is fun and much better than a traditional controller, but its not real golf.

- It's hard, but so is real golf.Just want to talk about the putting, because the rest of the game is phenomenal. Yes, the putting is hard, but it's still not as hard as putting is in real life. Some of these other reviewers have obviously played more golf video games than real rounds. The putting takes admittedly a couple days at least to get used to, but I've had the game about a week and I've nearly mastered it. This game is fun to play but much more of a challenge after playing the 2008 version. The putting is harder and to get a good swing in is more difficult even at the easy level.
