- Save your $$$Fasta Pasta deserves 10 stars. The book doesn't. The book is a small number of pretentious pasta recipes that have little or nothing to do with the wonderful Fasta Pasta cooker. They're just recipes that could could be made with pasta cooked by any means. The recipes are OK but the price per recipe is very high relative to any first rate Italian cookbook. It has recipes for entrees, salads, pasta classics, and desserts. The recipes can be pulled together while the pasta is cooking.
