- Great as a diaper cover for slender babiesOur son is a slender baby even though he's 13lbs at 2 months old. We're using cloth diapers and were unsatisfied with the loose fit of the regular Bummis covers over our Kissaluv Contoured diapers. Someone recommended that we try using Bummis Swimmis as diaper covers because they have a much trimmer fit.
