- 5 STARS!!!!It seem slike everyone likes this item... i bought it so i could know for my self.I give it a 1 as well for the low shiping... i even put a expited shipping and yet i have not recieved in 5 days now... there were no credit problems... all i know is that it isnt here yet... but everyone seems to think positive so i am going to add 3 more stars .. now it is 4 stars... but i dont know i am so anxious and i think it is going to be worth it...

- Good for the priceI bought this primarily to use with Skype on Windows Vista. The shipping took about a week to get to me, which isn't too bad.
It comes with IVT BlueSoleil version 2.7 which is outdated (the newest one is 6.2). I initially had problems getting this to work with Skype and my bluetooth headset, so I tried the newest version of BlueSoleil. - exceptional customer servicePurchased two of these blue tooth adapters for testing purpose, one didn't work. Emailed the HDE about exchange. HDE replied in a very timely manner stated that they would send a replacement, and did not need me to send the non-working one back. Within a week, I have received the replacement. Excellent customer service.

- Great productI was going to get a smaller more expensive unit but decided to give this one a change. This product is great! It's a little smaller than my SanDisk Cruzer (flash drive). It may be a little large for a laptop but shouldn't be an issue for a PC. Installation is crazy easy. I got it to use with my Samsung T619 cell phone. The program that comes with the device is ok. I would suggest using one from your phone's manufacture. I would buy this device again.
