Like all Sharx wireless security cameras and baby monitors the Sharx TM Silver Bullet TM is very easy to use. You simply connect the included receiver to a TV (or a computer with standard NTSC video input). Then you take the camera where you want to use it, up to 150 ft away from the receiver, and plug it into power with the included AC adapter. You can immediately see video from your camera on your TV, and you can add more Sharx indoor/outdoor wireless cameras or baby monitors if you like, up to 4 total. In households near 2.4 GHz Wifi b or g networks you can use up to 2 cameras without interference as long as you follow the recommended channel selection guidelines. Can be used as add-on camera for Swann Night Hawk and other industry standard 2.4GHz camera systems.

As others have said, this is an admirable, affordable basic security camera. But we all know the real test of a product is the company behind it. If you have a question, how responsive and helpful is that company?

For the price this camera could not be any better. The camera has night vision and a microphone to record audio. A great device, i am very happy with it!

- Easy interfered by your wireless network or cordless phone
I do NOT recommend this camera for baby monitor use purpose because it is very easy interfered by your wireless network or cordless phone. Both the image and voice get big noises whenever you use your cordless phone, or you have wireless network at home. BTW, I bought this camera tried to connect it to my TV and use it as a baby monitor, but this goal can not be carried out. Have to return it.

This is a fine quality camera for the price. I've bought several cameras recently (for my home, office and my mom's house) and while they are all made in China, the quality varies enormously. This camera is better built than the comparable Swann camera and it costs less too. I've had it outdoors for several months and it's basicly rust-proof - it's even got stainless steel screws (unlike the Swann - which just hasn't held up as well).
