Amazon delivered my battery without any delay. The cost was competitive. The installation was easy and direct. My UPS continues to provide dependable service.

- Be careful on buying this for the APC Backup-UPS XS 900Be careful the description for this battery reads "Replacement Battery Cartridge for Back-ups Rs/xs 500-1000VA (RBC32)". Which would lead one to assume that it works in the XS 900; it does not as the size and connectors do not match. For my UPS-Backup XS 900 I needed to order a RBC5 replacement battery. If you have the original instructions double check which battery you need; don't rely on the online documentation.
Amazon was very good in helping me resolve the problem.
The rating is really an N/A as it is the wrong battery. I can't really rate the quality of the battery.
