- WARNING - no tech support for this product!I have this labeled as Toshiba PA3455u. Toshiba does not acknowledge that it exists on their web site. No documentation, drivers, or updates. I've spent almost two hours now on the phone. Tech support will not support it. Said to call Toshiba Direct...who says, they only sell the product. Must go back to tech support.
Next tech agent said his supervisor would not come to the phone. After 15 minutes, gave me a case number and apologized that he is not allowed to offer support for this. Said to call a "special" 800 number for Toshiba Accessories Department, who will offer support.
The 800 number rang to another company entirely: Superwarehouse.com, who said that they only sell the stuff; they don't offer any kind of tech support.
Called back to tech support again demanding that Toshiba replace this with a product that they _will_ support. Am still holding for a supervisor.
Apparently, these are not made any more. Toshiba slapped their logo on it. The only ones remaining are closeouts that weren't able to be sold.
