Rating: - Exceptional!! Meets and exceeds expectatons!
Exceptional! the instruction... camera angles offered, still photo slide show... (okay, I did not like the music. But hey, it's a Tai Chi DVD, the music comes with the genre.) I cannot focus my mind on one aspect of this production that out shines any other.
This DVD is for eveyone interested in Tai Chi, at any level. But, most especially, for those interested in Tai Chi with martial arts applications.
The DVD is exceptionally well made and easy to use. It offers a still photo slide show for beginners looking to perform the moves properly. The Tai Chi 24 postures are well demonstrated and easily identified as "real world martial arts applications". If, as a beginner, you don't feel you have quite grasped the posture, as a martial application. There is a section for that. Aren't quite getting the motion from one camera angle? Try another.
If you are looking for a well taught Tai Chi DVD, with or without martial arts applications, this one will satisfy your needs
Rating: - Very nice DVD
This is a very nice DVD, but I am having trouble following the steps.I seem to do fine until the instructor turns around and then I get confused. Has anyone else had this problem? When you are facing the instructor do you mirror his movements or try to use the same leg and arm moevments he uses? Any help would be appreciated.

It is very hard for me to relax and tai chi helps me keep my mind clear of other things because i am concentrating on the movements. I would recommend this dvd for anyone who wants to learn tai chi. I have had many begining tai chi videos but this one takes the cake!
