- Small and CompactThis is a great headset, better then the previous one I owned (HS850) This is smaller and better looking, plus they got rid of the plastic guard around the ear (the plastic is coming apart on the old one HS850) The sound is functional. Please note; Any headset you buy regardless of name brand, the unit works best in inclosed areas. I don't recommend using it outdoors (the weather plays a big part, like wind) even in stores (stores have wireless frequencies that can interrupt/scramble calls) The great feature is voice dialing, press the button and speak the name of the person you wish to call.

- works great, however mic picks up a lot of background noise too.Gave this as a gift to my son who is on the road a lot. It arrived in a timely manner. He had an easy time synchronizing it to his phone, finds it easy to use, gets good reception. Only negative comment is that the microphone picks up a lot of background noise in certain situations, which can be annoying to person receiving call. Because he has a hearing deficiency in one ear, I was concerned about how this would work for him, but my son loves it!

- DisappointedI was really disappointed with this product. It may be defective, but I can't hold a conversation with the earpiece. Everyone that I have a conversation with are complaining about the reception. This product works well in the house, but while I am driving it is USELESS. The purpose for the purchase was so that I would be able to talk on the phone via the earpiece while commuting to and from work. This product hasn't been beneficial and I get frustrated and turn off the device. Money wasted!!!!!
