- Great for my beginner 8 year oldI got this for my 8 year old son who just started piano lessons. We didn't get a real piano because of the cost and we didn't know at the time if he would stick with it. Well, it's been 2 months and I have pleasantly surprised. He LOVES it!! He even started composing his own music. It's a great value for beginners and encourages our son's creative side.

- Beginner, teaching myself to play.I took lessons as a kid, and wanted to do something constructive with my spare time. (I have come to loathe TV.) I do not think of myself as being very musically gifted, but playing some Guitar Hero made me think that I could possibly pick up playing piano; so, I set out to buy a keyboard. I picked this one after browsing around. I haven't tried any others, but I like the options this one has should I ever want to hook it up to my PC, AND the bonus stand was great for me. So far so good, I have no reason to complain about this product at all. The only thing I could suggest is that it would be nice to see the letter of the note along with the actual line note shown on the little screen, but I am picky and can always think of something... I am only a beginner. Touch sensitve option does work, I will note--I do notice a difference. All in all, I like it.

- Best buy in a long timeThis unit is all that is advertised and more. The hundreds of voices and available synthos make it a "close to pro" instrument. The onboard speakers are plenty loud for inside and the key touch is awesome. I am going to buy another one for Christmas.

- rock onthis is a great keyboard. does the job...period. sounds great and is touch sensitive which is cool. I have an upright piano at my parents house that I couldnt bring to my apartment so this is it's subsitute and i'm not disappointed.
