- Excellent ItemI bought these headphones for the bedroom TV as I like to go to bed earlier while she watches TV. Super easy to setup, good reception range, good audio quality, no complaints after 1 month. Occasionally there is a bit of background static but it is probably something in the condo building more than the product itself, as it is very intermittent.
Also, I find it very easy to get the headphones on the base to charge the battery - those complaints about the complexity of that task seem unfounded in my experience.
Overall an excellent product at a reasonable price.

- JVC Tv earphonesIt took three weeks and three contacts with JVC to make the product work, and then it only lasted two weeks.

- fuzzy soundJust hooked up a pair of these I purchased last year so my warranty already expired. I suppose I'm old school and remember the big comfortable Koss headphones. The padding around the ears is small ( I don't have big ears ). As a result, there is poor fit-up. The 900Mhz wireless does not work very well and suffers from static and broken signal. Disappointed, normally JVC is pretty good. Stick with corded headphones with an extension for a clean sound.

- Good but not perfectThis product is a good product and it serves its purpose well. It's very easy to set up and use which is a plus. The down-sides to this set are as follows: The sound quality is good but not great. Don't expect these to sound like studio headphones. The volume is adjustable but doesn't really go up as high as I'd like. Then again, I like loud so it might be fine for you. Walking around the house with this unit is fun because you can listen to your TV show (that's what I bought it for) as you stroll around. The reception however, gets patchy after being about 30 feet from the base. The charging cradle is neat but the point where the contacts actually meet needs to be guided by hand; you can't just plop the headphones in the cradle like you can a cordless phone. Really not that big of a deal but it does get mildly irritating after a while. All in all, you get what you pay for and these headphones are a good deal for the price. A very good deal. The sound quality is a B. The functionality is a B. The value is an A+ and I would definitely buy these again.

- Hard of hearing??These headphones have excellent sound quality and are great for listening to TV especially if you are hard of hearing. The only negative is that is somewhat difficult to properly set the headphones properly in the charging cradle>
