DVD : Northern Exposure - The Complete Fifth Season |
- Perhaps the best season of the 6?The series seemed to hit it's peak in this season... All the characters are well established by now, the writing is fantastic, everything just really fits. Don't pass this up!

- Northern Exposure This is without a doubt the best sitcom ever to air on TV. The location, in Washington state, is very like the Alaskan town of Talkeetna which is the place after which it was modeled.
The writing of the series is very,very good. Can't see how episodes could remain this good and this absorbing for the six seasons, the run time of the show.
If you did not see the original TV series, and even if you did, it is well worth the price of a complete season. I have the entire series with the exception of the sixth season.
See it!!!!! Happy viewing.

- Best season. All of the seasons of Northern Exposure are great. I would give this season 10 stars if I could. This one is probably the best one (and the funniest). Una Volta in L'Inverno is one of the funniest episodes ever on NX. Walt gets a light visor for his depression and becomes addicted, so Chris and Holling stage an intervention. If your a huge NX fan, and you don't have this season, buy it. You won't be disappointed.

- The Greatest Show Ever Made!Well, I have been a fan of Northern Exposure since it first aired on TV.
I have all the other boxed DVD seasons and it just keeps getting better. The writing is fantastic! The cast is exceptional! The landscape is breathtaking! Even the soundtrack is great! I can watch any episode from any season and a warm feeling will come over me and smile comes on my face! I just finished watching the episode "First Snow" and I have to say that I had to sit right down and write this review even though I haven't finished watching the entire season yet. I was in happy tears at the end and my heart was full with love. I recommend this show to everyone and tell them it's the greatest show ever made!
