- Bluetooth dongle works with skypeI was looking for the 100meter version but was told by someone at BB it doesn't matter because the client device (bluetooth headset) does not have the power to broadcast 100meters. So I looked around and decided on this one from Eforcity. Main reason is that I didn't want to deal with older versions of the bluetooth specs. I use this on my laptop to connect to my Moto bluetooth headset so that I can talk on skype wirelessly. Eforcity shipped quickly and packaged well. They use to sell the 100meter version but I'm told they only carry this 10meter version because its Bluetooth 2.0.
I can walk to the other end of the library and still carry converstation, about 50feet.
