DO NOT ORDER from this site. It's not legitimate and there are similar bad reviews posted on several review sites. They take your payment, there's no order confirmation, shipment confirmation or any record of your order whatsoever. The customer service email link on the website is fraudulent, if you look at the code you can see that it's deliberately programmed incorrectly. I disputed the payment through Paypal -- an hour later I got this message from the "seller": "We apologize for your inconvenience. We have been experiencing extreme technical difficulties. We have issued a full refund." Yeah, right. At least I got my money back.

This thing has like a million features, all of which work quite well. I don't know if the quality of this FX pedal is suitable to match with a big $700 plus amp, but it sounds amazing coming out of my ~$200 Marshall.
The presets are useful enough just by themselves, but they will require some tweaking of your amp to get the best out of them. You can make your own settings, but you'll have to read through the brochure for at least 15 minutes before you've really got an idea about what's going on.
This thing has been pretty sturdy for me, no problems with reliability. The bottom line is that it's an amazing way to expand your tone without shelling out a lot of money for a bunch of effects pedals or an expensive amp.

I had problems with this device day 1, I gave it a few weeks, and finally gave up on it, and sold it someone on ebay.
Yes, they give you every effect and option under the sun, but for the most part they are low-quality effects and models. You certainly get what you pay for in these all in one multi-effect units.
The construction is low-quality as well. The knobs started falling off on me after a week.
If you must get a multi-effect pedal you are going to have to spend a lot more money and get a Line6 POD live if you want some quality.

I play multiple instruments (guitar, mandolin, violin, harmonica). All of them sound better with this pedal! I'm just learning violin, and my vibrato is really bad still. No problem! Just dial in a little vibrato effect. Want some Chicago blues harp? No problem! Adjust the EQ, distortion, delay, and there you go! The PC interface lets you see all the settings in one shot, which makes it easier to edit. When I am crafting a new patch, it is the way to go. (Plus there are a few extra parameters you can set from the PC that you can't through the pedal, like sweeping frequency ranges on the EQ!) For tweaks, the pedal interface is fine. I've read online that the RP350 has delay (when switching patches?) and some people prefer the RP250. Don't know, but check it out if you are comparing models. Our church has gone to a quiet stage (no amps, direct in, with headphone monitors). My tone is still great using this pedal and no amp. Sure beats buying pedals one by one and having to tweak pedal knobs between songs. The only problem I've ever had was that there were no drivers for Vista when I got this. Not sure if they have a Vista driver yet. I highly recommend this pedal!

Good buy. I enjoy all the different features and modifications you can do. I probably won't use all of them but you can edit the duplicates to make them your own.
