I thought this would be good for lots of dish's that everyone loves the brown edges. I ordered one for our neice, one for my daughter-in-law, and of cource one for my wife!(that way I get to use it too!
The edge pan is all that it say's and more!The first thing My wife cooked was cornbread. It was awesome!of course the brownies were next and they too were great! "just a reminder" The edge pan cooks evenly. what ever you are cooking gets done faster! WATCH AND CHANGE YOUR RECIPE ACCORDINGLY!

- Baker's Edge BrownieMy son-in-law loves crisp edged brownies so I gave this pan to him for his birthday. The up side: he absolutely loves it. The down side: he will need to spend more hours on his bike to burn off all those calories.

- this pan is a must havethis pan is great for baking. i bought it fot my sister's upside-down pineapple cakes and let me tell you, it made them better. at first i thought it was a little pricey, but it is well worth it. it is a well made quality pan.
